We just got back from a wonderful vacation to Florida with the Yucks! More on that later! So...now I'm going back and posting pictures from the rehearsal day, the wedding, Jordan and Caleb's honeymoon, and our trip to Florida. So stay tuned...
A friend of the Yuck family made each of the girls a personalized shirt that read
"Sister of the Groom"!
My lovely parents
Caleb and Jordan each made a countdown chain shortly after Caleb proposed with a link for each week until the wedding. Jordan made hers and gave it to Caleb, and Caleb made his and gave it to Jordan. Both of them included a little note to their beloved. Every weekend, while they were talking on the phone, they would cut a link off of their chains and read what the other had written. They cut the final link off together on the night of the rehearsal!
Some more pictures from the week before the wedding...
The kids all went out to play croquet on the front lawn.

Grandma Barb (Mrs. Debbie's mother) came down with the Yucks. Gram and Pop had a wonderful time golfing with her and we all had a terrific time enjoying her company!

Aunt Frankie (Uncle Derald's wife), Gram, and Grandma Barb
One of the nights that they were here we roasted hot dogs over the fire. And who can have a fire without roasting smores, especially since this was the first time that the Yuck family had eaten smores that were cooked over a fire!
The Redman Family over at Our Full House have posted some beautiful pictures that they took of Jordan and Caleb's wedding! The Redmans were a huge help at the wedding. Rachel, the oldest of the Redman children, did a wonderful job playing the harp at the wedding! Jonathan took a ton of pictures and they all turned out terrific! During the rehearsal, each of them helped out in any way they could, even folding the napkins for the wedding! Redman family, if you are reading this, thank you all so much for your help. We couldn't have gotten it all done without you!

On March 10th, 2012, my dear sister Jordan married her sweetheart, Caleb Yuck!
(I didn't have my camera with me for the whole wedding and only pulled it out at the end, so these were the only pictures I took of the wedding, but it will give you all a glimpse of their special day! I will have to wait for the professional photographs which should be in about three weeks!)
Caleb and Jordan leaving for their honeymoon!
They make such a cute couple!
"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife; and they two shall be one flesh."

"Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things,. Love never fails."
(1 Corinthians 13:4-7a)
We thank the Lord for you Mom, and are so grateful for all that you mean to our family. You have been blessed with a godly strength that is so precious to us. We cherish your sweet spirit and your love. You are an indescribable gift given to our family and we love you so much! Happy birthday Mama!
Out to eat for Mom's birthday.

"Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord! And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."
