Jordan's Wedding Shower

I know, I know.  I'm waaaayyyy behind in posting!  I have four belated posts floating around in my head right now, but I have to find the time to actually sit down at the computer and write them!  We are currently at four weeks and three days till the wedding and are trying to squeeze the most into each day!  So much to do and so little time to do it...

Now...on to the first belated post! :  )
Way back in December, my grandmother and two of my aunts hosted a shower for Jordan!  It turned out quite lovely and we are so grateful to them all for the hard work that they put into it to make it a success!

Lots of our good friends came and we had a wonderful time fellowshipping with each and every one of them!

Shower games are always so much fun....look at all the beautiful toilet paper brides!

We split up into teams of three and wrapped one of our team members with toilet paper to make the prettiest wedding dress we could.  Then everyone was judged and Jordan won (go figure!).

Three generations of beautiful brides!

A big thank you to everyone who came with their wonderful words of wisdom and their thoughtful gifts.  I am sure that Jordan will be blessed by everything as she steps into her very-near-in-the-future-role of  home-making!

  2. Was it planned that all three of you wore red shirts?

  3. Christ gives us so many good things to celebrate! Christians should throw the best parties and you gave us a wonderful example of this.

  4. Hello Lydia!
No, we didn't plan on all wearing red, but we did notice it before we left for the shower! What is that saying? "Great minds think alike."?!? LOL!
